Palestinian Karate player Nourhan Saqallah, 22, trains in her home during quarantine, since the training centers have all closed down due to the Coronavirus crisis in Gaza city on April 14th, 2020. "I try to fill my time during  home quarantine with intensive training in order to not lose my spirits. However, the house is not the best place for training, especially since I consider it a place of comfort after I finished practicing  in the karate club, so it is difficult for me to not feel lazy and tired when at home. I miss my coach and colleagues and I hope that this crisis ends so that I may return again soon."
